We dislike having our information shared with unscrupulous marketing companies and hate "spam" (unsolicited email) as much as everyone else and so we don't do it, we don't promote it, and we won't assist it.

• Your private information will only be used for Apvio transactions, such as logins, orders, billing, and contacting you to follow-up on requests and conveying important information from time to time.
• We will never expose your email address of other personal information on our site or services, unless you choose to share it. Internet "spiders" have been known to "harvest" posted information to create mailing lists.
• Apvio has not and never will give, sell or lend names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses or any other personal information to a third party, unless you request us to (i.e. you asking us to connect you to one of our value-added partners).
• We hold our partners to the same high privacy standard that we set for ourselves. Any contact from our partners must be initiated by you, and they must maintain the strict standards of non-disclosure and privacy that are set in this policy. If you have determined you are receiving unsolicited contacts from one of our partners, please report this to us immediately.
• We have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information we collect from you.

About your usage and activity:

• We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers, and to administer our services. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your services.
• We use cookies to keep track of user sessions (login status, etc.), and to save your username so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit our site. We also use cookies to deliver content specific to your account and personal settings.
